Implementing Plan No. 177-KH/HU dated August 20, 2024, issued by the Lak District Party Committee on organizing Party congresses at all levels in preparation for the 16th District Party Congress, the 18th Provincial Party Congress, and the 14th National Party Congress, on June 10, 2025, the Party Cell of the Lak Lake Historical, Cultural, and Environmental Forest Management Board successfully held its Congress for the 2025–2030 term.

The Congress was honored to welcome Mr. Nguyễn Quang Dũng, Member of the District Party Standing Committee and Head of the District Party Committee’s Organization Department, who attended and gave directives. Also present were members of Working Group No. 02 and all Party members currently active in the Party Cell.

At the Congress, the Party Cell Secretary presented the Political Report for the 2020–2025 term, providing a comprehensive assessment of the Party Cell’s leadership in fulfilling political tasks and Party building work during the past term. The report also identified shortcomings and proposed directions and tasks for the new term.

The Congress also heard the Review Report of the Party Cell Standing Committee for the 2020–2025 term, followed by lively, democratic discussions where many practical ideas and contributions were made for the objectives and orientations for the 2025–2030 term.

The Congress proceeded with the election of the new Party Cell Standing Committee, including the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary, in accordance with Party principles, ensuring democracy, transparency, and openness. The results are as follows:

1. Mr. Nguyễn Đức – Party Cell Secretary

2. Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tám – Deputy Party Cell Secretary

3. Mr. Trương Văn Lâm – Standing Committee Member

In his speech, Mr. Nguyễn Quang Dũng, Member of the District Party Standing Committee and Head of the District Party Committee’s Organization Department, praised the Party Cell for its sense of responsibility and thorough preparation for the Congress. He emphasized the need for the Party Cell to continue promoting its comprehensive leadership role, building a united and strong collective, and successfully completing assigned tasks.

The Congress of the Party Cell of the Lak Lake Historical, Cultural, and Environmental Forest Management Board for the 2025–2030 term took place in a serious, democratic, and united atmosphere, and concluded successfully. At the end of the Congress, all Party members demonstrated strong consensus and determination to successfully achieve the objectives set for the new term.
